The deformed picture must be chose as the reference picture because the AOI selection must be done on the fissure. Consequently, the reference picture must be selected as the deformed picture. In this case, you will be able to switch the deformed and reference picture for the analysis.
The AOI selection must be done with the special tool for the determination of FLC : . Draw a line perpendicularly to the fissure then click on the fissure. You will obtain an area on every side of the fissure.
Since there is two areas you have to select two Intial Solutions. To select the initial solutions, refers to Initial Solution for Correlation for one to one picture analysis.
After you have selected the Initial Solutions, Icasoft simulates the propagation on the reference picture (on the left) :
