Industry Consortium - Research on Power Transmissions

This consortium brings together 7 industrial partners: RENAULT TRUCKS, ARQUUS (Renault Trucks Defense), VOLVO, SAFRAN Helicopter Engines, ALSTOM, GIMA, TEXELIS, REEL, REDEX as well as institutional members ECAM Lyon - LabECAM, INSA Lyon - LaMCoS, CENTRAL SCHOOL Lyon - LTDS.

CIRTRANS is administered by a Board composed of a representative of each CIRTRANS Member. A president and a Bureau ensure its operation. Each research project is administered by a project manager who has a role of scientific, technical and financial coordinator. It is followed by a scientific committee, which also drives its objectives. On the other hand, each project benefits from a specific contract that defines the financial contributions, the expenses and the confidentiality aspects.
